This page needs some serious work. We're what, four or five episodes into the season and this article is so coldly impersonal, that I can't stand it any longer. It's like simply handing someone a five-hundred page manual, the size of an unabridged dictionary, and saying "Here, knock yourself out". I realize Wikipedia does have strong standards that have to be maintained, but this is ridiculous. While the Popular Mechanics article may be accepted as Cannon, simply cutting and pasting the entire list, straight into the article is makes for a very hard read, and frankly, is rather intimidating and overwhelming to take in at one go. For the moment, I'm going to remove it, and set up an episode by episode breakdown of KITT's abilities, as they are revealed. This should be much easier for people merely seeking to glance though, or a casual understanding of the Knight Industries Three Thousands's capabilities. I may restore the list at a later date, or shunt it into a separate article, for those interested in a complete schematic breakdown of KITT's abilites in their entirity.

- Have at it; the page was set up before the movie and probably has not been altered. I agree that the list is a bit intimidating, but I also feel it's useful to have for somebody to see at a glance. Perhaps it should go on its own page; the info would be maintained and the article can be more reader-friendly. Feel free to set up individual pages for some of the features as well. And this isn't wikipedia; we set our own standards. -- Wendy (talk) 04:45, 30 October 2008 (UTC)
Okay, I've finally started overhauling this page, sorry for the long wait. McRaey 00:46, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
Moving the Popular Mechanics Specs[]
I moved that whole list onto it's own page, for two reasons. One is stated in the article itself. The other is that the whole thing was way too cumbersome. It's my feeling that most people who come into the article, don't want to hear about heated seats and how many cupholders he has. They are after info on Turbo Boost, the EMP, and the other James Bond stuff that sets KITT aside from the car in their driveway. Give me a couple of days and I'll post a smaller list of stuff that has either been used, or mentioned, on-sceen, up to Knight of the Zodiac. If it's not there, don't worry; there's a big section on KITT's ablities, in general, that I'm going to be uploading soon.
