Knight Rider



Officer Rex Saunders is the right-hand man of Sergeant Ted Wallace of the Lyndhurst Flats Police Department. He actively participated in the death of Frank Reston and the subsequent cover-up. Before later being arrested.

Background[]

Knight Rider (1982)[]

Rex joined the LFPD sometime before 1982, before rising to become Sergeant Wallace's right-hand man. He also then began working for Judge Paxton as his enforcer and continually used dirty tactics to arrest or tax civilians with unwarranted charges. As well as covering up anything that the judge wanted.

Rex later assisted Ted in framing F.L.A.G. Executive Director Devon Miles on phony speeding charges. Watching over him that very same night, until Officer Charlie Smith brought in Frank Reston. Rex was pleasantly surprised and ordered Charlie to put him in the holding cell with Devon. At some point during the night, Frank died. The cause is unknown, but Rex and Charlie are implied to be involved with it.

This news angered Judge Paxton, who ordered that Devon Miles be killed as he was the only witness to the incident. However, Devon was already transferred to the local prison.

Rex later assisted Ted in attempting to kill F.L.A.G. operative, Michael Knight. Who was searching for Devon, but he alongside his boss failed each time. Later, when Devon escaped from prison with two other prisoners. Rex hunted him down, but Devon eluded capture and later escaped the county line to testify against the officers. Rex was then subsequently arrested off-screen.

Personality[]

Rex is a very cold and malicious person, who does not care about the people he hurts or the lives he or his other officers ruin and barely even blinked when Frank Reston was killed.

Skills[]

Rex was a highly capable and intelligent officer. Who worked his way up to become Ted Wallace's right-hand man.
