Won first motorcycle trophy at age 14, and secured first international trophy at 18. Did not want to continue racing motor bikes as some of the best riders are burnt out by the time they are 22. Always wanted to be a Motorcycle cop.
Has been described as reckless and irresponsible with no regard for equipment and is known to push machines beyond their limit.
A brilliant rider, Jesse Mach is a cop with a test pilot mentality and is the ideal candidate for "Operation Street Hawk".

Research engineer with the Falderal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Has devoted four years to "Operation Street Hawk" a Top Priority clandestine operation to develop and perfect an all terrain pursuit vehicle with defense and attack capabilities. STREET HAWK.
Norman has complete control of the operation which is completely independent of all local authorities. Envisages that one day every Police force in the land will have one STREET HAWK bike at their disposal.
