Laura Phillips is the sister of April Curtis and oldest daughter of Devon Miles. As well as the adoptive mother to Becky Phillips. She appears in the Season 2 episode, Race for Life where she asks Michael and KITT to help her daughter get a bone marrow transplant.

Laura adopted Becky at some point before 1984, raising her for a number of years and helping her anyway she could with her medical issues. However, her illness eventually got so bad to the point she had to be admitted to the hospital. Being told the worst would happen if Becky did not receive a bone marrow transplant quickly, she asked Michael and KITT to gather a donor for her. Which they accepted.
The donor happened to be apart of a criminal gang, and was very reluctant to hand over his bone marrow. But eventually conceded and helped Becky out after seeing her in her weakened state. Laura graciously thanked Michael and KITT and even kissed Becky's transplant volunteer.
Personality[]
Laura is very caring of her adopted daughter and will do anything to help her get better. She also deeply cares for April and Devon.
