David Hasselhoff in October, 2007
David Michael Hasselhoff (b. July 17, 1952), nicknamed "The Hoff", is an American actor and singer. He played Michael Knight on Knight Rider and Knight Rider 2000; he reprised the role in a cameo for the Knight Rider 2008 TV movie.

Hasselhoff also played Garthe Knight in 2 Knight Rider 2 hour specials. Hasselhoff also played Evil Garthe Knight in Goliath and Goliath Returns in season 2 of Knight Rider.
